Recognizing the need for innovation, Bernhard, a logistics expert at Profel, led the collaboration with Wingliner. Together, they created a custom vehicle design built specifically for the window and door industry.

This allows crane operators to lift full frame units directly from the truck bed—cleanly, safely, and efficiently. There’s no need to shift cargo around, no unnecessary handling, and most importantly, no risk of dirty or damaged products upon delivery.

Profel now operates a dozen trucks equipped with the Open Top Wingliner, along with trailers fitted with the same system. For the drivers, the benefits are immediate: ergonomic handling, rapid access to the cargo, and a streamlined routine. The loading space can be opened or closed in just 30 seconds, reducing downtime and physical strain significantly.
